GENERAL MEDICAL SERVICES (PAYMENTS) BOARD (ESTABLISHMENT) ORDER, 1972 (AMENDMENT) ORDER, 1990.

The Minister for Health in exercise of the powers conferred on him by Section 11 of the Health Act, 1970 (No. 1 of 1970), hereby orders as follows:—

(1) This Order may be cited as the General Medical Services (Payments) Board (Establishment) Order, 1972 (Amendment) Order, 1990.

(2) The General Medical Services (Payments) Board (Establishment) Order 1972 ( S.I. No. 184 of 1972 ) is hereby amended by the substitution in articles 3 and 6 of "section 59" for "section 59 (1)" and by the addition of the words "or arising from the provision of such services" after the word "services" in (a) of article 3.
