SUGAR ACT, 1991 (COMMENCEMENT) (NO. 2) ORDER, 1991.

I, ALBERT REYNOLDS, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 10 (2) of the Sugar Act, 1991 (No. 3 of 1991), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Sugar Act, 1991 (Commencement) (No. 2) Order, 1991.

2. The 9th day of April, 1991 is hereby appointed as the day on which section 7 of the Sugar Act, 1991 (No. 3 of 1991), shall come into operation.
