FOWL PEST (INFECTED AREA) ORDER, 1991. | ||
I, JOE WALSH, Minister of State at the Department of Agriculture and Food, in exercise of the powers conferred by Article 11 of the Fowl Pest Order, 1950 ( S.I. No. 15 of 1950 ), and delegated to me by the Agriculture and Food (Delegation of Ministerial Functions) Order, 1990 ( S.I. No. 183 of 1990 ), hereby order as follows: 1. This Order may be cited as the Fowl Pest (Infected Area) Order, 1991. 2. The area specified in the Schedule to this Order is hereby declared to be a fowl pest infected area for the purposes of the Fowl Pest Order, 1950 ( S.I. No. 15 of 1950 ). | ||
SCHEDULE | ||
That part of Co. Cork comprising— | ||
( a ) the district electoral divisions of Ballynalough, Blackpool, Carrignavar, Glenville, Killeagh, Rathcooney, Riverstown, and Whitechurch; | ||
( b ) the townlands of Ardnodane, Ballygibbon, Ballymartin, Ballynarahan, Blarney, Clogheenmilcon, Curraghnaught, Dawstown, Killowen, Knockcorbally, Monacappa, Shean Lower, and Shean Upper, in the district electoral division of Blarney; | ||
( c ) the townlands of Ballybisteale, Blossomgrove, Brookill, Brooklodge, Brookville, Butlerstown Great, Butlerstown Little, Calehane, Corbally North, Corbally South, and Dunkettle, in the district electoral division of Caherlag; | ||
( d ) the townlands of Bunnaglanna, Carrig, Chimneyfield, Glannasock, Inchinagh, Killeagh, Moneygorm, and Toorgariff, in the district electoral division of Carrig; | ||
