VIDEO RECORDINGS ACT, 1989 (COMMENCEMENT) (NO. 2) ORDER, 1991.

I, RAY BURKE, Minister for Justice, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 35 of the Video Recordings Act, 1989 (No. 22 of 1989), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Video Recordings Act, 1989 (Commencement) (No. 2) Order, 1991.

2. The 1st day of May, 1991, is hereby fixed as the day on which sections 2, 19, 20, 22, 24, 25 and 26 to 28 of the Video Recordings Act, 1989 (No. 22 of 1989), shall come into operation.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

This Order provides for the commencement of sections 2, 19, 20, 22, 24, 25 and 26 to 28 of the Video Recordings Act, 1989 .
