I, DESMOND O'MALLEY, Minister for Industry and Commerce, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by Sections 35 and 36 of the Copyright Act, 1963 , (No. 10 of 1963) hereby, with the consent of the Minister for Finance, make the following Rules:

1. (1) These Rules may be cited as the Copyright (Proceedings before the Controller) Rules, 1964 (Amendment) Rules, 1991.

(2) These Rules shall come into operation on the 1st day of May, 1991.

(3) The citation "the Copyright (Proceedings before the Controller) Rules, 1964 to 1991" shall include these Rules.

2. The Copyright (Proceedings before the Controller) Rules, 1964 ( S.I. No. 204 of 1964 ), are hereby amended by the substitution for the Schedule thereto of the following schedule:

"SCHEDULE

Fees payable in respect of Proceedings before the Controller under the Copyright Act, 1963
