LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT, 1991 COMMENCEMENT (No. 3) ORDER, 1991.

The Minister for the Environment in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 1 (10) of the Local Government Act, 1991 (No. 11 of 1991), hereby orders as follows:—

1. This Order may be cited as the Local Government Act, 1991 , (Commencement) (No. 3) Order, 1991.

2. Part II and sections 50 and 55 (2) of the Local Government Act, 1991 shall come into operation on the 1st day of August, 1991.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

This Order brings into operation on 1st day of August, 1991 further provisions of the Local Government Act, 1991 .
