NATIONAL COUNCIL FOR EDUCATIONAL AWARDS ACT, 1979 (DESIGNATION OF INSTITUTIONS) ORDER, 1991.

I, MARY O'ROURKE, Minister for Education, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 20 of the National Council for Educational Awards Act, 1979 (No. 30 of 1979) (as adapted by the Public Service (Transfer of Departmental Administration and Ministerial Functions) Order, 1987 ( S.I. No. 81 of 1987 )), with the concurrence of the Minister for Finance and after consultation with the National Council for Educational Awards, hereby make the following Order:

1. This Order may be cited as the National Council for Educational Awards Act, 1979 (Designation of Institutions) Order, 1991.

2. The institutions specified in the Schedule to this Order are hereby designated as being institutions to which the National Council for Educational Awards Act, 1979 (No. 30 of 1979), applies.
