INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT (AMENDMENT) ACT, 1991 (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 1991.

The Minister for Industry and Commerce, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 13 of the Industrial Development (Amendment) Act, 1991 (No. 30 of 1991), hereby orders as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Industrial Development (Amendment) Act, 1991 (Commencement) Order, 1991.

2. The 31st day of December, 1991, is hereby appointed as the day on which the Industrial Development (Amendment) Act, 1991 , (No. 30 of 1991) shall come into operation.
