EXPLANATORY NOTE. | ||
Under arrangements introduced in 1992 (S.I. 142 of 1992) members of the Oireachtas may, subject to certain conditions and limitations, be paid a contribution towards the cost of telephone calls made otherwise than from Leinster House. These Regulations allow members to nominate a mobile telephone for this purpose, thus increasing the number of telephones which may be nominated by members from two to three. |
