EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES (AMENDMENT) ACT, 1993 (SECTION 3) (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 1993.

I, DICK SPRING, Minister for Foreign Affairs, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 7 (3) of the European Communities (Amendment) Act, 1993 (No. 25 of 1993), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the European Communities (Amendment) Act, 1993 (Section 3) (Commencement) Order, 1993.

2. The first day of January, 1994, is hereby appointed as the day on which section 3 of the European Communities (Amendment) Act, 1993 (No. 25 of 1993), shall come into operation.
