Functions of Director. |
7.—The following is substituted for section 39 (2) of the Act of 1968: | |
“(2) The Director shall, subject to this Part, the establishment order and any regulations under Part III of the Road Traffic Act, 1994, manage the day-to-day business of the Bureau and exercise general supervision in relation to the performance by it of the functions assigned to it by or under this Act or the Road Traffic Act, 1994.”. |
