EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES (AMENDMENT) ACT, 1993 (SECTION 6 (1)) ORDER, 1994.

I, DICK SPRING, Tánaiste and Minister for Foreign Affairs, in exercise of the power vested in me by section 6 (1) of the European Communities (Amendment) Act 1993 (No. 25 of 1993), hereby order as follows:—

(i) This Order may be cited as the European Communities (Amendment) Act 1993 (Section 6 (1)) Order, 1994.

(ii) This 26th day of April 1994 is hereby appointed as the date on which Section 6 (1) of the European Communities (Amendment) Act, 1993 (No. 25 of 1993) shall come into operation.
