MILK (REGULATION OF SUPPLY) (ESTABLISHMENT OF INTERIM BOARD) ORDER 1994.

I, JOE WALSH, Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry, in exercise of the powers conferred on me under section 3 of the Milk (Regulation of Supply) Act 1994 , and every and any other power me in this behalf enabling do hereby order as follows:

1. The Interim Board referred to in Section 3 of the Act shall stand established on the date of this Order.

2. The Board shall comprise the following persons:—

Mr. Bart Brady,

Department of Agriculture, Food and Forestry,

Kildare Street,

Dublin 2.

Dr. John Thompson,

Department of Finance,

Merrion Street,

Dublin 2.

Mr. Tadhg O'Donoghue,

Gardner House,

Wilton Place,

Dublin 2.

3. The Interim Board shall have power to carry on any business activities carried on by a dissolved Board, discharge any and all liabilities of a dissolved Board and sell as a going concern all and any business of that Board with such assets or liabilities or both as may be provided for in the terms of sale.
