Definitions. |
1.—In this Act— | |
“the Act of 1980” means the Fisheries Act, 1980 ; | ||
“board” means the Central Fisheries Board or a regional board established under the Act of 1980; | ||
“commission” has the meaning assigned to it by section 3 of this Act. |
