LOCAL GOVERNMENT SERVICES (CORPORATE BODIES) ACT, 1971 (SECTION 3 (2)) ORDER, 1995. | ||
The Minister for the Environment in exercise of the powers conferred on him section 3 (2) of the Local Government Services (Corporate Bodies) Act, 1971 (No. 6 of 1971) hereby order as follows: 1. This Order may be cited as the Local Government Services (Corporate Bodies) Act, 1971 (Section 3 (2)) Order, 1995. 2. The bodies specified in the Schedule to this Order are hereby designated as bodies for the purposes of section 3 (3) of the Local Government Services (Corporate Bodies) Act, 1971 . | ||
