AN BORD BIA ACTS, 1994 AND 1995 (ORDER) 1995.

I, IVAN YATES, Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry in exercise of the powers conferred on me by Section 14 of An Bord Bia Act, 1994 (No. 22 of 1994) as amended by Section 1 (2) of An Bord Bia (Amendment) Act, 1995 (No. 20 of 1995) hereby order as follows:—

The number of ordinary members of the Board of An Bord Bia shall be increased to 13.
