NATIONAL MILK AGENCY (WINTER MONTHS) REGULATIONS, 1995.

I, IVAN YATES, Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry, in exercise of the power conferred on me by Section 6 (2) of the Milk (Regulation of Supply) Act, 1994 (No. 25 of 1994), hereby make the following Regulations:

1. These Regulations may be cited as the National Milk Agency (Winter Months) Regulations, 1995.

2. For the purposes of the Milk (Regulation of Supply) Act, 1994 (No. 25 of 1994), the period consisting of the consecutive months of October, November, December, January and February are hereby prescribed as the winter months.
