SOCIAL WELFARE (SCHOOL MEALS (NATIONAL SCHOOLS)) REGULATIONS, 1995.

The Minister for Social Welfare in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 39 of the Local Government (Dublin) Act, 1993 (No. 31 of 1993), hereby makes the following Regulations:

1 Citation.

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Social Welfare (School Meals (National Schools)) Regulations, 1995.

2 School meals — national schools.

2. Chapter 1 of Part IV of the Social Welfare (Consolidation) Act, 1981 (No. of 1981) shall continue to have effect in the borough area as defined in section 2 (1) of the Local Government (Dublin) Act, 1993 .

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

These Regulations provide for the continuation of the Urban School Meals Scheme in the Dun Laoghaire Borough area, which now forms part of the Dun Laoghaire Rathdown County Council.
