INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT ACT, 1995 (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 1995.

I, RICHARD BRUTON, Minister for Enterprise and Employment, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 of the Industrial Development Act, 1995 (No. 28 of 1995), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Industrial Development Act, 1995 (Commencement) Order, 1995.

2. The 27th day of November, 1995, is hereby fixed as the day on which the Industrial Development Act, 1995 , other than Sections 3 and 4, shall come into operation.

3. The 1st day of January, 1996 is hereby fixed as the day on which Sections 3 and 4 of the said Act shall come into operation.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

This Order appoints the 27th day of November, 1995 as the day on which the Industrial Development Act, 1995 , other than Sections 3 and 4, shall come into operation and, the 1st day of January, 1996 as the day on which Sections 3 and 4 of the said Act shall come into operation.
