NATIONAL MILK AGENCY (REVOCATION OF ELECTION DAY) REGULATIONS, 1995.

I, IVAN YATES, Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by Section 20 of the Milk (Regulation of Supply) Act, 1994 (No. 25 of 1994) hereby make the following Regulations:

1. These Regulations may be cited as the National Milk Agency (Revocation of Election Day) Regulations, 1995.

2. The National Milk Agency (Election Day) Order, 1994 (S.I. No. 460) of 1994, is hereby revoked.
