ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AGENCY ACT, 1992 (COMMENCEMENT) (NO. 2) ORDER, 1995.

The Minister for the Environment, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 2 of the Environmental Protection Agency Act, 1992 (No. 7 of 1992), hereby orders as follows:

1. This order may be cited as the Environmental Protection Agency Act, 1992 (Commencement) (No. 2) Order, 1995.

2. Sections 43 and 105 of the Environmental Protection Agency Act, 1992 shall come into operation on the 11th day of December, 1995.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

This Order brings into operation with effect from 11th December, 1995, the provisions of sections 43 and 105 of the Environmental Protection Agency Act, 1992 (No. 7 of 1992).
