IRISH MEDICINES BOARD ACT, 1995 (ESTABLISHMENT) ORDER, 1995.

The Minister for Health, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 2 of the Irish Medicines Board Act, 1995 (No. 29 of 1995), hereby orders as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Irish Medicines Board Act, 1995 (Establishment) Order, 1995.

2. The establishment day as provided for in section 2 of the Irish Medicines Board Act, 1995 shall be the 1st day of January, 1996.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

The effect of this Order is to provide that the establishment day shall be the 1st of January, 1996.
