MILK (REGULATION OF SUPPLY) (APPLICATION FOR REGISTRATION) REGULATIONS, 1995.

I, IVAN YATES, Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by
section 20
of the
Milk (Regulation of Supply) Act, 1994
(No. 25 of 1994), hereby make the following Regulations:
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Milk (Regulation of Supply) (Application for Registration) Regulations, 1995.
2. In these Regulations, "the Act" means the
Milk (Regulation of Supply) Act, 1994
.
3. (1) An application under subsection (1) (b) of section 7 of the Act for registration in a register of producers, by a producer who is a party to a registered contract, shall be in the Form M.A.1 of the Schedule hereto.

(2) An application under subsection (1) (c) (i) of section 7 of the Act for registration in a register of processors, by a processor who is a party to a registered contract, shall be in the Form M.A.2 of the Schedule hereto.
|

(3) An application under subsection (1) (c) (ii) of section 7 of the Act for registration in a register of processors by a processor who processes milk produced on the processor's own milk production holding shall be in the Form M.A.3. of the Schedule hereto.
