Amendment of section 23 of Act of 1951.

17.—The Act of 1951 is hereby amended by—
|

(a) the deletion of subsection (3) of section 23, and
|
|
| |
(b) the insertion of the following section:
|
|
| |
“23A (1) The Government, may by order, delegate to the Minister for Justice any power of the Government under section 23 of this Act.
|
|
| |
(2) The Government may, by order, revoke an order under this section.”.
