Short title, commencement and collective citation.

19.—(1) This Act may be cited as the Údarás na Gaeltachta (Amendment) (No. 2) Act, 1999.

(2) Sections 5, 6, 7, 8, 17(c) and 18, in so far as it provides for the repeal of section 10(3) of the Principal Act, of this Act shall come into operation on such day or days as the Minister for Arts, Heritage, Gaeltacht and the Islands may appoint by order or orders either generally or with reference to any particular purpose or provision and different days may be so appointed for different purposes or different provisions.
