Fisheries (Amendment) Act, 1999

Amendment of section 38 of Act of 1980.

18.—Section 38 (1)(b), (2), (4) and (6) of the Act of 1980 is hereby amended, by the substitution for “the Central Board”, wherever occurring, of “a board”.
