Interpretation (Part 1). |
1.—In this Part— | |
“Principal Act” means the Stamp Duties Consolidation Act, 1999 ; | ||
“Commissioners” means the Revenue Commissioners; | ||
“Schedule 1” means Schedule 1 to the Principal Act. |
