S.I. No. 2/2000 - National Treasury Management Agency (Delegation of Functions) (No. 2) Order, 2000.

The Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 5 of the National Treasury Management Agency Act, 1990 (No. 18 of 1990), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the National Treasury Management Agency (Delegation of Functions) (No. 2) Order, 1999.

2. The functions of the Minister for Finance under subsections (2), (4) and (6) of section 1 of the Temporary Holding Fund for Superannuation Liabilities Act, 1999 (No. 33 of 1999), are hereby delegated to the National Treasury Management Agency.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

As provided for in section 5 of the National Treasury Management Agency Act, 1990 and subsections 2, 4 and 6 of section 1 of the Temporary Holding Fund for Superannuation Liabilities Act, 1999 this Order delegates to the National Treasury Management Agency certain statutory functions of the Minister for Finance with regard to the Temporary Holding Fund for Superannuation Liabilities.
