S.I. No. 21/2000 - Fisheries (Amendment) Act, 1999 (Section 23) (Commencement) Order, 2000.

I, MICHAEL WOODS, Minister for the Marine and Natural Resources, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (2) of the Fisheries (Amendment) Act, 1999 (No. 35 of 1999), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Fisheries (Amendment) Act, 1999 (Section 23) (Commencement) Order, 2000.

2. The 24th day of January, 2000, is hereby fixed as the day on which section 23 of the Fisheries (Amendment) Act, 1999 , shall come into operation.
