S.I. No. 77/2000 - Fisheries Regions (Amendment) Order, 2000

I, FRANK FAHEY, Minister for the Marine and Natural Resources, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by sections 5 and 10 of the Fisheries Act, 1980 (No. 1 of 1980), and the Fisheries (Transfer of Departmental Administration and Ministerial Functions) Order, 1977 ( S.I. No. 30 of 1977 ) (as adapted by the Marine (Alteration of Name of Department and Title of Minister) Order, 1997 ( S.I. No. 301 of 1997 )), with the consent of the Minister for Finance, order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Fisheries Regions (Amendment) Order, 2000.

2. The First Schedule to the Fisheries Regions Order, 1980 ( S.I. No. 324 of 1980 ) is amended by the substitution for each number in columns (5) and (7) of that Schedule, at each reference number specified in the following Table, the numbers respectively specified opposite to those reference numbers:

The Minister for Finance consents to the making of this Order.
