S.I. No. 162/2000 - National Disability Authority Act, 1999 (Establishment Day) Order, 2000.

I, JOHN O'DONOGHUE, T.D., Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform, in exercise of the power conferred on me by section 3 of the National Disability Authority Act, 1999 (No. 14 of 1999), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the National Disability Authority Act, 1999 (Establishment Day) Order, 2000.

2. The 12th day of June, 2000, is hereby appointed to be the establishment day for the purposes of the National Disability Authority Act, 1999 (No. 14 of 1999).
