S.I. No. 226/2000 - Town Renewal Act, 2000 (Commencement) Order 2000.

THE MINISTER for the Environment and Local Government in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 10 of the Town Renewal Act, 2000 (No. 18 of 2000), hereby orders as follows:—

1. This Order may be cited as the Town Renewal Act, 2000 (Commencement) Order, 2000.

2. On the 17th day of July, 2000, the Town Renewal Act, 2000 shall come into operation generally.
