S.I. No. 266/2000 - Illegal Immigrants (Trafficking) Act, 2000 (Commencement) Order, 2000.

I, John O'Donoghue, Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 13 (2) of the Illegal Immigrants (Trafficking) Act, 2000 (No. 29 of 2000), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Illegal Immigrants (Trafficking) Act, 2000 (Commencement) Order, 2000.

2. The 5th day of September, 2000 is hereby fixed as the day on which the Illegal Immigrants (Trafficking) Act, 2000 (No. 29 of 2000), shall come into operation.
