S.I. No. 396/2000 - Icc Bank Act, 2000 (Commencement) Order, 2000.

I, CHARLIE McCREEVY, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 8 (2) of the ICC Bank Act, 2000 (No. 32 of 2000), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the ICC Bank Act, 2000 (Commencement) Order, 2000.

2. The 7th day of December, 2000, is hereby appointed as the day on which the ICC Bank Act, 2000 (No. 32 of 2000), other than sections 3, 5 and 7, shall come into operation.
