Amendment of section 11 of Agricultural Credit Act, 1978. |
3.— Section 11 of the Agricultural Credit Act, 1978 , is amended by the substitution for subsection (1) (inserted by section 7 of the ACC Bank Act, 1992 ) of the following subsection: | |
“(1) The share capital of the Corporation shall be £100,000,000 divided into shares of £1 each.”. |
