Amendment of section 8 of Act of 1990 — Investigation of company's affairs on application of Director.

21.—Section 8(1) of the Act of 1990 is amended by the substitution for “on the application of the Minister appoint one or more competent inspectors” of “on the application of the Director appoint one or more competent inspectors (who may be or include an officer or officers of the Director)”.
