Dormant Accounts Act, 2001

Application of Act.

8.—(1) Subject to subsection (2), this Act applies to dormant accounts held at an institution specified in Part 1 of the Schedule.

(2) This Act does not apply to an account specified in Part 2 of the Schedule.
