Charges for services.

20.—(1) Subject to the provisions of this section, the Authority or such other person as may be engaged by the Authority for the performance of that function, the provision of that service or the carrying on of that activity may make such charges as it considers appropriate in consideration of the performance by it of its functions, the provisions by it of services (other than a service consisting of the provision of advice to the Minister) and the carrying on by it of activities.
