Electoral (Amendment) Act, 2001

Amendment of section 62 of Principal Act.

19.—Section 62 of the Principal Act is amended by—

(a) the substitution of “seventh” for “ninth” in subsection (2)(d), and

(b) the substitution of “subsection (7) of section 25C” for “subsection (14) of section 25” in subsection (2)(g).
