Engagement of consultants.
|
18.—OSI may from time to time engage such consultants or advisers as it may consider necessary or expedient for the performance of its functions, and any remuneration due to a consultant or adviser engaged under this section shall be paid by OSI out of moneys at its disposal having regard to guidelines issued from time to time by the Minister and, in addition to the foregoing, OSI shall comply with any directions with regard to such consultants or advisers which the Minister may give to OSI.
