Social Welfare (No. 2) Act, 2001

Repeals.

8.—(1) Sections 32, 33 and 35 of the Act of 2001 are repealed.

(2) Section 36 of the Act of 2001 is repealed in so far as it relates to section 10(1)(c) and section 24B(1)(b) of the Principal Act.
