16.—The Combat Poverty Agency Act, 1986 , the Charities Act, 1961 , the Health Contributions Act, 1979 , the Births and Deaths Registration Acts, 1863 to 1996, the Marriages (Ireland) Act, 1844, the Registration of Marriages (Ireland) Act, 1863 , the Family Law (Maintenance of Spouses and Children) Act, 1976 , and the Vital Statistics and Births, Deaths and Marriages Registration Act, 1952 , are amended to the extent specified in the Schedule to this Act. |
