Social Welfare Act, 2002

Definitions.

1.—In this Act—

“Act of 1996” means the Social Welfare Act, 1996 ;

“No. 2 Act of 2001” means the Social Welfare (No. 2) Act, 2001 ;

“Principal Act” means the Social Welfare (Consolidation) Act, 1993 .
