S.I. No. 35/2002 - The Health (Eastern Regional Health Authority) Act, 1999 (Health Boards Executive) (Establishment) Order, 2002

I, Micheál Martin, Minister for Health and Children, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 21 of the Health (Eastern Regional Health Authority) Act 1999 (No. 13 of 1999), hereby order as follows:

1.         This Order may be cited as the Health (Eastern Regional Health Authority Act, 1999 (Health Boards Executive) (Establishment) Order, 2002.

2.         The 14th day of February 2002, is hereby the appointed day for the purposes of section 21 of the Health (Eastern Regional Health Authority) Act, 1999 .
