S.I. No. 69/2002 - ACC Bank Act, 2001 (Sections 6, 8, 10, 11(2) and 12) (Commencement) Order, 2002

I, Charlie McCreevy, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 13 (2) of the ACC Bank Act, 2001 (No. 12 of 2001), hereby order as follows:

1.     This Order may be cited as the ACC Bank Act, 2001 (Section 13(2))(Commencement Order, 2002.

2.     The 28th day of February, 2002, is hereby appointed as the day on which sections 6 , 8 , 10 , 11 (2) and 12 of the ACC Bank Act, 2001 (No. 12 of 2001), shall come into operation.
