S.I. No. 91/2002 - Mental Health Act, 2001 (Establishment Day) Order, 2002

I, Micheal Martin, Minister for Health and Children, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by Section 31 of the Mental Health Act, 2001 (No. 25 of 2001), hereby order as follows:

1.         This Order may be cited as the Mental Health Act, 2001 (Establishment Day) Order 2002.

2.         The 5th day of April, 2002, is hereby appointed as the establishment day for the purposes of Part 3 of the Mental Health Act, 2001 (No. 25 of 2001).
