S.I. No. 96/2002 - The Money Order Amendment (No. 34) Scheme 2002
An Post, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Section 23 of the Post Office Act, 1908 and Section 70 of the Postal and Telecommunications Services Act 1983 , hereby makes the following Scheme: 1. This Scheme may be cited as the Money Order Amendment (No. 34) Scheme 2002. 2. Unless otherwise specified, reference to regulations followed by a number refers to the relevant regulation of this scheme. | ||||||||||||
Commencement | 3. These regulations shall come into operation on the 1st day of January 2002 and on and from that date the regulations specified in Schedule One hereto shall be and the same are hereby repealed, provided that the repeal of the said regulations shall not: | |||||||||||
(1) Revise anything not in force or existing at the time at which the repeal takes effect. | ||||||||||||
(2) Affect anything done or suffered before these regulations came into operation. | ||||||||||||
