S.I. No. 133/2002 - Radiological Protection (Amendment) Act, 2002 (Commencement) Order, 2002

I, Joe Jacob, T.D., Minister of State at the Department of Public Enterprise, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by Article 2(a) of the Public Enterprise (Delegation of Ministerial Functions) Order 2002 ( S.I. No. 113 of 2002 ) and section 12 (3) of the Radiological Protection(Amendment) Act, 2002 (No. 3 of 2002), hereby order as follows:

1.       This Order may be cited as the Radiological Protection (Amendment) Act, 2002 (Commencement) Order 2002.

2.       The 8th day of April 2002 is hereby fixed as the day on which all of the provisions of the the Radiological Protection (Amendment) Act 2002 shall come into operation.
