S.I. No. 152/2002 - Criminal Justice Act 1994 (Section 46 (1)) Order 2002

The Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 46 (1) of the Criminal Justice Act 1994 (No. 15 of 1994), order as follows:

1.         This Order may be cited as the Criminal Justice Act 1994 (Section 46 (1) Order 2002.

2.         Each of the countries listed in the Schedule to this Order is designated for the purposes of section 46 (1) of the Criminal Justice Act 1994 .

SCHEDULE

Republic of Albania, Principality of Andorra, Central African Republic, Federal Islamic Republic of Comoros, Republic of Djibouti, State of Eritrea, Republic of Estonia, Republic of Indonesia, Republic of Iraq, Republic of Korea, State of Kuwait, Principality of Liechtenstein, Republic of Maldives, Republic of Mauritius, Republic of Mozambique, New Zealand, Republic of San Marino, Republic of South Africa.
