S.I. No. 312/2002 - Valuation Tribunal (Fees) Regulations 2002

I, Charlie McCreevy, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 4 (2) of the Valuation Act 2001 (No. 13 of 2001), hereby make the following regulations:

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Valuation Tribunal (Fees) Regulations 2002.

2. The fee to be charged in respect of an appeal to the Valuation Tribunal under section 34 (1) of the Valuation Act 2001 (No. 13 of 2001) of a category mentioned in column (1) of the Table to this Regulation shall be the amount specified in column (2) of that Table opposite the mention of that category.

3. The Valuation Tribunal (Fees) Regulations 1997 ( S.I. No. 21 of 1997 ), as amended by the Euro Changeover (Amounts) Act 2001 (No. 16 of 2001), are revoked.
